Storytime resumes this fall today.  Fantastic group of kiddos and their caregivers this morning.  

We had "Hello" books and activities.

We always open and close with the same songs to show consistency, and implement a routine of beginning and ending.

Sitting and listening for extended periods of time is not something this age of child is developmentally ready to do yet (although I have some really great kiddos in my group), we try to do some movement activities of some type in between stories.
