Summer went by like a wonderful blur. It was tons of fun, and we had a great summer reading program, with a lot of great kids and families again. I really wanted to blog what we did but I just didn't have time to do that (since my focus is on actually DOING the programs, and not blogging about them, I figured that is where my focus needed to be!). Suffice it to say, Fizz Boom READ was an incredible success and the kids really, really enjoyed the Science theme this summer.
Fall Storytimes begin in less than 2 weeks, and I am working diligently on planning what I'm going to do with the kiddos. I'm planning on doing more with Fairy Tales, Nursery Rhymes, and Folk Tales, at least highlighting some of them along with other loved books and stories. I hope it goes well.
